Malfi! (2014)
“Welcome to the duchy of Malfi. There is only death here.”
Malfi! Is an immersive rendition of John Webster’s tragedy. It was staged at the former military facilities in Würzburg (Germany) – the Leighton Baracks. The themes of the play were broached in performance, contemporary dance, installation art and one-on-one sessions. The audience was free to wander and explore the entire complex.
