Crux! – A new Play (by Daniel Morgenroth)

In 1212 a number of youth movements took place all over Europe, mainly in France and Germany. They are collectively known as the children’s crusade. Led by prophetic visions and divine promises the young people believed that god would give them a safe passage to Palestine, and would help the to free Jerusalem. None of them ever reached their destination. The play explores religion, youth and the urge to make your life more meaningful.
